No. Locale is about content quality, not follower count. If you can create, you can apply. However, some gigs may require posting on your personal accounts, and businesses will look at your analytics to choose which creators best fit the gig.

You need to be on or near a campus. Locale is built for the campus creator economy.
A 15% fee is added on top of the creator rate. If a creator charges $100, you pay $115. Your creator always receives 100% of their rate. If you choose an "in kind" gig, a flat fee of $20 applies instead.
